Ideally situated next to Flemingsberg station with quick rail links to central Stockholm. Comfortable room with fridge, microwave & cooker. Check-in arrangements, which involve provision of a key code to permit entry into building & room worked well. Very good value for money.

Quite far out from centre, but trains are good, except when they aren't! Perfectly clean, well equipped tiny apartment. Warm, quiet, good shower and good WiFi. Well equipped kitchenette. Nearby Lidl for shopping. Recommended!

Could stay again. With apartments just across the road from the station and ICA at the basement it can work for longer periods of stay as well. Would have liked more if they also provided cleaning products like dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid and washing machine liquids for longer (5+ days). Or might just get a small pack from ICA.

Unit was filthy inside. Being cheap does not mean it has to be nasty. TV was not tuned when I arrived. Reception was spotty and intermittent during stay. Internet was unreliable. Basic Swedish TV channels only making for many lonely nights without English. There is no way to easily contact the property unless you have a Swedish sim card or roam at huge expense. Towels and linen were not changed every 7 days as advertised. I would not recommend. Many positive aspects such as location and room layout but greatly overshadowed by negatives.

Overall great stay! Only problem was checking in. I was told that I would receive check information at 1600 on the day arrived when finally arriving an hour after I was supposed to receive this information and I still didnt have it and could not enter the building. I attempted to message the staff but received a text message over 24hrs later. Thankfully I was able to call with my phone plan. When on the phone no one was aware that I was checking in and had no clean rooms available. I asked to be let in and no one came. I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes or longer until I finally received the information I needed to be let in.

It is worth the money staying in this hotel.

The stay started off a bit wobbly as there was a lot of time lost due to the security code needed to enter. But once i got that sorted it went absolutely flawless. I have even extended my stay with another two weeks, in a bigger room.

Good enough for 12 year old twin boys, myself and my 67 year old mother. Very convenient to the train into Stockholm and a big grocery store. There was sand on the floor and a cigarette butt in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up when we arrived. The washing machine was not working. We called the number listed but no one ever came to fix it. The dishwasher was also not properly hooked up. We fixed that. They also had mostly the wrong pans to use for the induction stovetop. The manufacturer’s manuals for the appliances were not for the make/models that were actually in the unit. Everything about the unit was cheap. That’s okay if you just need a quiet place to sleep close to the train station. I would not recommend staying here if you want to cook at all, use the in unit laundry or the dish washer.

Forenom - Flemingsberg

For the double room - it’s 2 single bed put together. For a couple staying there, this was really uncomfortable and the beds kept moving/separating. There was a lot of dust under the beds. TV works but it’s pretty much all Swedish, there’s no access (even with own login!) to Netflix, YouTube, Disney etc. One of the hand towel was stained didn’t seem like it was cleaned before - no replacement. Toilet was used by either staff or the previous person who stayed in the room and wasn’t flushed - we were left to deal with someone else’s poo and piss. Cleaned the toilet ourselves, it was disgusting and extremely unhygienic. Had to flush soooo many times. There is NO RECEPTION or staff to speak with at the property. The only number they have is a Swedish number, so if you’re from abroad, you’ll be charged when calling them. There’s no phone in the room. Emailed the property raising request for maintenance - they said they’ll send someone asap and just apologised, but it’s been over a week now, and I’ve even left the property since, and yet I still haven’t heard further to that email. Generally, it did not seem like the room was cleaned properly. It felt uncomfortable. Room has a fridge, stove and microwave with utensils which is good but of course as someone on a visit we didn’t have any cooking supplies. There’s a laundry room available within specific times, but no detergent etc so you’ve got to buy your own. Felt more like a general apartment than an ‘Aparthotel’.

BEWARE! Upon arrival I found the room in filthy condition. *Filthy sofa-bed (debris, vaseline, rag, inhaler) found b/c I could not find the TV remote. *Sticky floors under the kitchen table and entryway to the main bedroom *significantly stained couch/sofa-bed *repair tool sitting next to lamp in the 2nd bedroom; did not dare use the lamp *medicated eye drops in windowsill of main bedroom This left us very uneasy as the unit had very obviously not been properly nor thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. And cleanliness was of the utmost importance to us given the purpose of our stay was to visit my BIL who is in critical care at the hospital nearby. I requested a refund for the 3 of 4 nights that went unused due to a gross oversight of not only standard cleaning practices, but most certainly of the "enhanced cleanliness measures" advertised on Forenom’s site. I provided pictures to Forenom which strangely did not concern the Forenom customer service team. I received the following response: “There will be no refund. If there would have been any problems upon arrival the guest must contact us and we will change the room or in other ways help out to solve the situation. This has not been made in this case and therefore there will be no refund." The accommodations were definitely not as described & customer service completely lacked empathy & regard for these circumstances despite evidence of wrong-doing on Forenom's part. Will provide pics upon request!
