"The front desk agent was so lovely and helpful, she was very kind and accommodating. We were a late check in because our other hotel was overbooked and couldn't accommodate me and my handicapped elderly parents for the night. We were just passing through traveling for the night but turned out that it was prom night for Fresno and the whole town was loud and rowdy for a Friday! We were put in a nice quiet corner and were able to get some rest for the road. I'm so grateful we were redirected here, the breakfast was just what we needed with fresh bananas and waffles. The room was very outdated and the linen was stiff but the the lady at the front desk staff was so awesomely nice. It was just perfect for us passing thru; we got to get a little rest and ready to go back on the road."

"Walking up to the check in office was just like out of a movie showing a trap house in the projects. There were people smoking and more just hanging out in the halls and stairway. The building looked like it would fall apart if the wind blew too hard. The property was dirty and overgrown with weeds. The parking lot had broken concrete and asphalt, along with potholes that were unavoidable. Thank God they were overbooked and turned us away. The night front desk person was not helpful and seemed liked he was in over his head with trying to manage the rowdy motel."

"We had to be at a Wedding at 430pm check in was till 3pm we showed up a few hours earlier and the front desk was very understanding and lets us check in earlier. Also, across the street there's a great restaurant. We took advantage and ate there while the rooms were being ready for us. The place was super clean, and the next day breakfast was delicious and perfect. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you :)"

"From the second I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming! I stayed for 4 nights and by night 2 I felt like I was staying in an apartment. The breakfast offered was always fresh and never ran out. The tv in the hotel room had YouTube on it so I was able to sigh into my account and watch my favorite videos in the evening. There was plenty of stuff within walking distance to the hotel, from a delicious bar & grill, a shop that sold a bunch of sports memorabilia, and the cute Swiss inspired downtown Kingsburg. If I ever find myself out here in the future, I know where I’ll be staying!"
