I loved the peace and quiet and the fact that this is a historic building. I enjoyed reading the plaques with information on the history of the different areas. There is nothing that I especially disliked. Just some minor things to improve in the room.

The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients. The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality. Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.

No podemos subir fotografías, pero el cuarto que rentamos era "con vista al campo de golf": nunca vimos el campo de golf. Sin valet parking, ni alguien para llevar las maletas, y como el cuarto no estaba "en la hacienda", podíamos a) pagar más, b) caminar unos 800 mts, 200 por una carretera federal, poco iluminada, cargando nuestro equipaje. El cuarto es más un RB&B que un cuarto de hotel: sin lugar claro para estacionarse, nadie nos acompaño de la entrada del intento de Country club al cuarto: dónde dejar el coche, cuál es realmente el cuarto, cómo funcionan las cosas, quién sube las maletas, etc. sólo nos indicaron desde la recepción (exigimos una copia del "plano" que nos mostraron) "una entrada con banderitas", que a esa hora, y sin iluminación, no se veían bien.

Todo bien con el hotel...El problema fue Expedia...Yo reserve un cuarto en la hacienda y me dieron un bungalo muy caro en el campo de golf...Nunca pedi una habitacin en el campo de golf la cual fue mas cara...me aceptaron un cuarto en el edificio de la hacienda con el precio del bungalo ????
