大廳及外觀很有現代輕旅行的感覺，但一進入房內，大大扣分，浴室可能因為無排風設備，洗完澡後 ，空調開了一晚，整個房間及浴室還是有溼氣味，多處已有黑色霉菌⋯
房間幾乎無隔音可言，有蜘蛛網🕸️及灰塵隨處可見⋯
清潔需再加強⋯

CP值高的住宿體驗
可惜一樓咖啡機壞了，以及蓮蓬頭出水不順暢，洗澡有點小堵水，其他大致上都還不錯，進出及空間使用自由度都很高

位置不錯 清潔工作需加強
飯店服務：大廳房間看起來簡單整潔，飯店人員雖然不在櫃檯，但也指引我們順利入住。
飯店停車位：飯店配合的停車位已經沒有位子，所以位置有限。
飯店整潔：當天晚上入住後，房間看起來蠻整潔，但廁所出現一隻小蟑螂，當天已經解決掉後，隔天晚上廁所又出現第二隻小蟑螂。
毛巾掛在房間內牆壁的衣架上晾乾，隔天要拿來用，蜘蛛在上面怕。
飯店共用空間：有膠囊咖啡機，很方便早上喝咖啡的旅客。
飯店位置：離花蓮車站很近，用走的也很方便，附近也有許多店家可以覓食。

房間隔音不太好，聽到隔壁鬧鐘的聲音，結果我都醒來，他們還沒按掉....科科

有兩點建議………
近市中心，很多食肆在附近，不愁冇嘢食。雖住在三樓，但有電梯，拿行李便沒那么辛苦了，讚！不過有兩點想提議的：1/ 在預訂客房的時候，資料說明是有早餐供應的，我還給他看看資料，但在早上去問早餐的事情，我竟然收到的回應是：網上資料錯誤，已取消了，現在沒有早餐供應了，這不是欺騙，是什么？2/ 我是自駕遊的，當然我會選擇一間有車位的便更好吧，但可惜資料說有車位供應，原來只是泊係附近街边就算，如有什么事故边个負責呢？只是這兩點，希望有所改善就好了。

小巧乾淨
小而美，又很新，有免費膠囊咖啡可享用。離火車站很近，附近有全聯超市，還有許多餐廳。
早上是巨林美而美，老闆會親自送到房間，還有代售景點門票。
論缺點是隔音不太好，全館禁煙房但公共陽台可以抽煙，煙味飄進房間感覺不太好。
