For the price paid, condition/cleanliness and the location this hotel is well worth it. Better than higher priced nearby hotels. The pool is small but with the beach in walkable distanc it doesn't really matter. This hotel is highly recommended.

We stayed at the 2 bedrooms and it was on the top floor. The room contains all we need for family with disable and young kids. I would come back again

Comfortable stay
We booked the only penthouse for 4days 3 nights , it was a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient location , the Market village mall just within a short walking distance and many massage salon along the roadside , easily to have massage after a long day walk.

Good location, very clean, great staff.
Clean, comfy room. Quite small but not too small but could have helped to have a few extra things like hanging hooks, mirror on the wall, toaster, electric plug in bathroom.

Great service and comfortable stay.
Very simple but nice apartment style room. On-site amenities are great for the size of the building. Super easy 3 minute walk to the large Market Place mall with plenty of chain restaurants, international stores and entertainment. The staff is extremely kind and ready to assist with any needs. You can walk to the beach but it is a little difficult. Will absolutely stay again!

We enjoy our stay in Maleesa. It is a new hotel. It is well located and clean. The pool is very small but worked for us as the hotel was not full. The staff are very polite and friendly. It is a walked distance from the beach.

Ich war sehr zufrieden, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Die Standartzimmer gehen hintenraus da ist ein Parkhaus der Shoppingmale. Würde das superior Zimmer das nächste mal buchen. Gerne wieder!

モールまで徒歩１分。 でも大通りからは離れているのでうるさくないし、スタッフはいつもフレンドリーだし、快適に滞在できます。 キッチン用品が揃っているので長期滞在にもおすすめです。

Perfekt!
Helt perfekt läge av lägenhetshotell! Tog ca 10 minuter att promenera till stranden, ligger precis gatan bredvid det stora köpcentrumet samt nära gatan 94 som har många bra restauranger. Använde aldrig poolen då stranden ligger så nära samt så var det inte mycket sol och liten pool men överlag rekommenderar jag detta stället starkt! De städade samt diska väldigt bra och vi fick gratis vatten varje dag!

Es sehr gut dort, leider keine Töpfe oder Pfannen nur Schüsseln und Teller- was dem Aufenthalt dort aber keinen Negative Kritik darstellt- sehr freundliches Personal- kann ich nur Empfehlen
