Then next day the pool is closed for “maintenance.” Shouldn’t have to pay extra for amenity fees when the amenities aren’t working. "The room was clean, microwave, little fridge, coffee maker. Downside was our room was right next to the elevator and it was so loud. You can hear people in their rooms and hallway. The pool and hot tub were packed with kids, no pool towels, pool bathroom was soaked with wet toilet all over the floor. "
