「The room was clean and large Excellent shower and bathroom Parking was always available」

「What a gem of a property! We stayed before their “grand opening”, and so they are l working out the kinks. We gave it a two thumbs up, with the only issue being that the refrigerator in the room was on the tiny side. Other than that, we are so happy we stayed there! Put it on your list, if you want to be in Nashville, but want to stay in a quieter part of town.」

「If traveling with a pet except a $29 fee. Not very pet friendly on a $51 basic room that smells of smoke after signing your life away that you are not going to smoke. 」

「Toilet falling away from the floor not fastened down, had to be extremely careful not to fall off of it ..Owners had a dog barking all Day and had it kept in the continental Breakfast room that they had blocked off with chairs where they serve the food.. outlets in the room not fastened to the walls..was afraid of getting shocked.. beds are rock hard and not comfortable.. no coffee pot in room or coffee products, no shampoo or body wash in the shower.. a little bar of soap to wash your hands in...

「It was a bit cold on the night of the stay, but the air conditioner was turned on a lot, and I couldn't find the switch, which caused me to catch a cold for two days」

「Hotel was so nasty I wouldn't have tried breakfast. I've already advised friends who had made reservations for this weekend to cancel and they have. This place was absolutely disgusting. Roaches in bath. Ceiling tiles missing. Locking door knob held on by blue tape. Window curtains torn in each room and others we saw. 」

「This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been in. There was dog feces everywhere outside the entrance. The smell was atrocious inside and out. The first floor reeked of dog poop. The elevator didn’t work half the time. The lock on the door was broken. My bathroom door had huge holes broken thru it. The floor was so sticky with dirt. I DO have photos. This place should be closed. The only plus were the two front desk employees who were kind. If I could have found another hotel that late...

「Spacious room. Great water pressure in shower. Good place for the price. Quite corner behind other hotels in the area. Would come back.」

「A couple of troubling things here. 1. Upon check-in, they practically insisted that we do a $25.00 deposit in CASH. In the morning when we were attempting to leave at 8 am, they told us that their office doesn't open until 9. We were not able to wait that long ... and after asking firmly 2 times, they finally came after a 15 minute wait. 2. The sheet on one of the beds had a hole bigger than the size of a hand. I called front desk, and they did provide an alternative flat.」
