A lot of things broken for breakfast cold eggs coffee machine did not work

Great service and comfortable stay...only issue, hallway noise into room. We had a social group hosting others across the hall, lot if talking in hallway and door open/closing, could be heard in our room with earplugs.

I liked that it had a variety to pick from for breakfast. I’m not happy how much I had to pay and not get the service I attended on getting. I couldn’t even sleep because I was so uncomfortable because something was making me itch all night and I didn’t have a ride! they were at work and I don’t have a vehicle.

Overall a very good stay. Clean, friendly staff and above average hotel breakfast. Negatives were the entrance is thru a parking lot of an abandoned motel and we couldn't get the TV to change channels. I'm sure the staff would have addressed the TV if we had asked but we got in from our concert late and it really wasn't a big deal to us

Great little hotel in a SMALL town giving relief on a long drive. Room was predictable but good. Restaurants nearby limited. The breakfast at the hotel was not great - too many gadgets that didn't provide any better quality as far as I was concerned...fancy coffee machine had many options but the coffee wasn't good. The yogurt machine malfunctioned. But there was also a water dispenser with great tasting water so.... The property provided a welcome respite after a long day's drive.

I booked a certain type of room and when I got there I threw my luggage in the room and left , due to being late for a wedding. Got back to room and it was the wrong type. Asked for help at front desk. Front desk said that when you book through Expedia you get what you get. I would have to deal with it.

The pillows felt like blankets stuffed into a pillow case. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue with breakfast was they only had ham as the meat choice. Yogurt machine was a nice yummy surprise. We had two rooms and one room smelled like they tried to cover up an old smoke smell with spray, but it wasn't horrible.

My room could have been cleaner. The bed was nice but the dresser had a white powdery residue on it. The staff was great. It is difficult to get to. It sets off the road with bushes in front of it and the entrance is down the road from the actual motel.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy i didnt want to get up! Our only complaint was that the front desk clerk who checked us in was so rude. The only thing she said to greet us was "ID!"
