「I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor.」

「Great new hotel in Mount Vernon/Gambier area. Easy access to food, shopping, colleges, etc. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, afternoon cookies. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful! 」

「This place was amazing. Very cute and quaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast was delicious. Even bought a bottle of wine from their winery, delicious! Overall great stay, 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. 」
