「The breakfast was amazing and hot, loved that there was gluten free options. 」

「The staff was good and accommodating, but the hotel it’s self hasn’t been kept up it is not clean carpet in the hallways is coming up, our room needed a lot of work to make it acceptable cracked tiles in the bathroom, a hole in the wall the was patched with a piece of wallpaper that was falling off, black hair on the sheets that looked like it was from an animal. Over all we were not impressed and will never be staying here again. 」

「Super séjour à cette hotel. L'hotel et les chambres sont très propre. Le personel est super. Lorsque nous sommes allées nous avions aucun problème à trouver un stationnement. La meilleure partie de l'hotel est vraiment le petit déjeuner. On lui retrouve beaucoup d'options: (oeufs, bacon, saucessise, patate, crèpe, céréal, pain, bagel, yogourt etc). Je recommende à 100%」

「All good. Breakfast is interesting spin. If included in room then you have only 3 choices and pay extra for the coffee. À la carte menu available but no buffet. This can be improved.」

「I was at a conference at the hotel, the space was great. Hotel is convenient to downtown restaurants and mall. 」

「The carpet throughout the rooms and halls are very old and feel unclean. The pool area definitely needs some TLC. It had stuff floating in the one pool, when we brought it to staffs attention, they were quick with grabbing a net to collect the mess. But the pool area itself is very run down and dirty. Staff was extremely kind. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a coffee bar and restaurant available for convenience. Over all staff is great but hotel is very tired looking for the...

「Not at all what it is advertised as. Very sketchy and our bathroom was outside our room. Anyone could use it. Parking was against a back alley that was dark and dirty. Felt extremely unsafe. Expe」

「The breakfast is really good. Well stocked and lots of options. My kids love the "pancake printer". The pool was decent, clean, and lots of towels, but hot tub is pretty small. The gym is kind of sad, though. Two treadmills, one of which was broken, and only one weight bench. I recommend getting rid of the broken treadmill, add some more free weights, and a way to clean the equipment when you're finished using it.」
