「This place is amazing! Beautiful decor and location is perfect for any event near the convention center. Safe and secure. Hosts were responsive and friendly. I let them know the ironing board was missing and they had a new one sent from Amazon the next day! 10/10 recommend and will rebook. 」

Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. 「I came into Houston on a Thursday for an outpatient surgery and needed a place to stay with my husband until our follow up visit on Monday. The code they provided was wrong, and thankfully I was able to get a hold of someone at the property management company and they provided a new code. The WiFi information was also not correct, and they never got back to me on that, so we used our iPads as hot spots to try to work on our computers. 「The property is in a great location. My and I traveled to Houston for a medical procedure. The home is clean and the floor plan is open and very roomy. There is plenty of seating in the living area. The neighborhood is right by the highway but it is quiet. The hosts provide plenty of wash clothes and towels. There is even a small crockpot in the kitchen. I was very comfortable and it was perfect for our needs.」

「Simply amazing!」

「This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.」

「security alarm not working (prob due to computer glitch), back door to home was unlocked. couch in living quarters was broken. dead roaches (4) and 1 live roach found in the home. dark hair on the shower walls in the master bathroom. just generally not very clean」
