Loud housekeeping lady, talking on the phone
The housekeeping lady was very loud, cleaning rooms, while holding her cell phone and talking all day long. The hotel was very dirty with roach eggs and dead roaches everywhere. there was oily finger stains on the headboard of the bed. The bed had hair in it, and the spots of something Front desk never answered the phone and it took them a long time to get to the front office window because they were sleeping. My deposit is yet to be refunded and they overcharged on that deposit.

The room pictured was the one they were originally trying to give us because we paid for it online and it was cheaper after going back and forth with them we finally got an ok room the shower water turned brown after running for 5 minutes and the couple next to us were fighting and arguing all night so we didn’t get any rest and had no phone to call the front desk

the water from the faucet was black when turned on, the room looked and smelled dusty, there was a bucket of water catching leaking condensation from the ac. which overflowed once on me. the room was not ready upon checkout, staff rude & stares at you when leaving the room, no do not disturb sign so as soon as they leave the run up in your stuff! would not recommend.

Starlight Inn
This motel room had roaches and graffiti on the walls. There was old food left in the fridge. It was not a very nice motel, but the bed was comfortable and the tv was pretty big. I guess you get what you pay for.

I’m the staff wouldn’t check me inn. Because she seemed mad that I woke her up from her nap she showed up to the window on her night gound and was visibly mad. And told me she couldn’t check me in till 3 pm when I got there at 1 am

Up next to the freeway which was pretty noisy. It was cheap-ish so cant complain too much but the second we walked in and hit the light, there was a cockroach next to the ashtray... we stayed there 1 night because it was convenient location and we couldn’t find another room; I don’t see us returning, though. The tv was bigger than most but the service kept cutting out so......
