I was very pleased with this property. The rooms were very accommodating and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I I’ll be staying only at this facility from now on when I have to stay overnight in Crosby. I tried 2 others prior to Sleep Inn and hands down this one went over and above the others

Got there and the automatic sliding door to enter the building was locked had to call to get the girl at the front desk to come open it. Had to go back downstairs twice because the keys wouldn’t work so the girl at the desk had to come let me in my room with her key. The seat in the shower for handicap or wheelchair bound person would not stay up because of the design of the tub so was limited to space while taking a shower.

Aceptable para pasar una o dos noches , el desayuno es nefasto , solo cereal y waffles , no hay jugo , no hay ninguna proteína , no debería llamarse desayuno. Solo café. No cambiaron las toallas.

If you are checking in after 11:00 p.m. think about staying here twice. The doors were locked, there was a sign posted at the door stating that doors are closed form 11:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. and a phone number to call, we called the number and nobody answered we waited around 35 minutes until finally an employee saw us and gave us access to check in, he was upset and rude. We just stayed because there wasn’t another hotel nearby to stay at and it was already late.

Our room looked clean but bare minimum amenities. Free breakfast consisted of make your own waffles and packaged cold breakfast sandwiches in the fridge. Old bread and bagels and a toaster that barely toasted. Cold cereal and old fruit. Front desk were at least friendly and helpful but would not stay here again.

This seemed like the best option for staying in this area and I was wrong. Asked for extra pillows..he didn’t have them. Our first room had bugs on the wall and floor. When we told the front desk guy he wasn’t surprised. Put us in a new room. Said he had to give us double queens because all the king rooms were dirty. The new room had peeling paint and black marks on the bathroom floorboards. It wasn’t pleasant and we had to convince ourselves to just go to sleep because it was late and we were in town for an event. I would’ve rather stayed in Baytown at the hotels there.
