403.00 is way to much for the rooms at this location. The pictures they have on there website or on google is not correct this place is really ran down and the lady in the front seemed annoyed to help a person even gave dirty look when asked a question and walks off and long wait for the gentleman to come help. the room i was given was not clean at all the floors and walls was dirty everywhere on them hair all over the place in the room including in the bed and the toliet works when it wants too. The peep hole wasnt there any more it was covered with a sticker the ac was all torn up and black on the inside. Granted the ac still worked. The tv dont work nor did the remote.. and there was ants and roaches all through the room.. the refrigerator didnt work unless it wasnt plugged in and it was filthy. There was no safety lock on the door too anyone with a key can walk right in. Also upon arrival to my room there was a bed bug infested matress just sitting out in the parking lot right infront of my door and when going to the front about the room not being clean the man said not it was cleaned never came to look himself and when asked if the bed bug infested matress be moved they never responded. And the mattress ramained untouched. This place i will not return to ever and will not suggest it to anyone.. now the only way i would return is if they rented the place for 250 a week and they actually clean the rooms max 250 maybe then it would be more reasonalbe with no deposit.
