The tub in the room we was in jet getting clogged. Finally when maintenance came. It was a huge ball of hair & the smell was outrageous. It’s no way housekeeping could’ve missed that signed bc water wasn’t going down at all in restroom

They only had 1 elevator working so when it was time for check out it took forever for the elevator because the housekeeping staff were utilizing the 1 elevator- they should have a time frame for them not to use it so customers could go check out. I would have used the stairs but on the 6 floor with luggage and a minor hand surgery-wasn’t an option.
