I went to Houston for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday and we really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and spacious. Most importantly the price was affordable! When I go back to Houston I definitely plan on returning to this hotel. Only suggestion I would give to others is to make sure to rent a car! There aren't walkable restaurants near this hotel, due to lack of sidewalks. Other than that, 10/10

The hotel was very nice. The problem I had I stop by asked for housekeeping to clean the room, since we were out all day for football. Housekeeping failed to clean the room, we didn’t have any clean towels , trash wasn’t taken out. On top of that the power went out it was cold on lastnight. I was curious why a nice hotel didn’t have a back up generator?

Friendly staff and very clean.
Hotel was very clean including the room, the staff was very curtious and friendly and the breakfast was excellent unlike most Hotel "free" breakfast. This location will definetly be my go to when conducting buisness in the area.

Hello as always staff friendly even Maintenance in the hall way spoke to us .. Nikki at the front desk was helpful in going over the Honors app I didn’t know there was an app . She checked us in with excitement to have us as a guest with genuine care . This hotel never ever ever disappoints this is a must stay hotel . This is our hotel even if where we are traveling is in another area 30 minutes or an hr away we stay at this hotel

Check in was fast and easy. The girl at the counter was polite and welcoming. The area is a bit difficult to navigate and perhaps not too safe at night. The facilities were well kept. It seems it is a fairly new Hotel. It was a quiet stay despite having a wedding going on on the first floor. Not a bad place to stay but safety and small parking are some factors to consider.

Everything was great but I had 2 concerns with my stay. 1st is the mattress was not comfortable. I felt the springs in my back while I slept. They could definitely upgrade the mattresses. 2nd is the closed breakfast 30 minutes early on Sunday with no notice or reason. It would have been nice if we received an email the day before or for them to give a reason for this. It is very inconvenient to the people who particularly look for hotels with breakfast included. Thankfully we got there about 5 min before they decided they would be closing early.
