Problem-free checking in and checking out. No deposit fee! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service was offered. Room was mostly clean except for one of the lampshades being noticeably stained and not cleaned very well. Would book here again.

Good value and comfortable stay in Humble

It was a good value for the money. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Also, the front desk people were very nice and friendly.

We really like the unit we stayed in. It was very well stocked with everything you would need, and very clean. Mattress was a bit too firm but otherwise 5 star!

Firt time here and ut was great. The manager was very nice and she had a beautiful smile. She went out her way to find a lighter for me to lite my candles for a special occasion. Room was verry neat and cleaned and u would recommend my family and friends to stay there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was good for a one night stay. The bathroom needed some work done, drain cover was missing and fan cover was off and laying behind the toilet. The deadbolt didn't work, and none of the plugs worked if the main light was turned off, so none of our devices charged. Construction made it VERY difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Easy to get to while traveling thru.. they were doing some “ Remodeling “ so no Breakfast, or even coffee and snacks. So a little disappointed in that. Otherwise. Nice stay
