I booked a non-smoking room but got a smoked room, and the staff said that this is the only room available when I checked in. Then whoever stayed in the upstairs room had the TV turned on all night, the room is not sound proofing. I will not return to this hotel!

Staff was kinda rude and not very welcoming. Room was extremely dirty. Wanted to get my money back and stay else where. They need to make sure they are checking room before giving it out room was not clean at all

The check in was horrible, the clerk said that she didn't have my reservation even though we paid ahead. Thank God another person came help me out otherwise I would've paid for a room that I couldn't use which to me is stealing.

Our first room had dirty linens - you could tell they hadn’t been washed so went to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room had bed bugs. I got bites all over my arms. Left the property at around 4am to another hotel. Would not recommend at all. Do not stay here.
