Stayed 3 nights and here’s the issues:
The hallways were very hot and smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Had to ask for housekeeping services because they skipped us on Sunday morning. We did not have do not disturb sign out and were gone for all of the morning hours. When we asked for afternoon services the desk “couldn’t guarantee it”. I asked at 1 PM for it to happen at 3:30 PM as we needed to get ready for an event but because housekeeping left at 5 they said they might not be able to get to it. They came in and made the bed which is about it.
Breakfast was subpar and the stations and tables were dirty. The attendant was present but not concerned.
Doors were broken upon return after 11pm. Had to pry them open at the front desks instructions.
The room was the only bright spot of the stay. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and neat upon arrival, and room a/c was great.
If management could clean the service and cleanliness of the common areas, this would be a great place to stay. Location is good and safe. Just an average hotel.
