I actually didn’t stay at this hotel, I was sent to the next hotel that was next to the waffle house due to this hotel not being ready to serve it customers due to just opening. However, comfort H staff was very friendly opening and very clear on the understanding! Now the other hotel that I stayed at which was in walking distance they checked me into a room farrrr down a hallway NEXT to an exit door and it smell like dogs! I requested to be moved and they gave me another room which happened to be on the third floor, we supposed to had a continental breakfast however that breakfast was not fair. It was old breakfast, expiration date was 2-20-20!!! You didn’t get no average breakfast that you would get from another hotel! Everything was just pitiful. They served us pancake on a stick by Jimmy Dean as well as sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits by Jimmy Dean too, by the way you had to warm up in the microwave yourself. Now the swimming pool water looked dirty. It gave too much hair products or something in it or haven’t been cleaning in a while, we did see a roach in our room too, which I killed! The sheets on the bed look like they just made the bed ugh! Just remember to please be prepared to walk to Waffle House or Jack-in-the-Box or anywhere you choose for breakfast cause you do not get your moneys worth but the staff was great too bad The hospitality and the food didn’t match that same energy. If you want you $100 deposit back pay with cash, other than that it’s a 5day wait!
