The hotel is easy to get to just off the US290. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the hotel. There are numerous restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was good with the usual choice of cereals and hot food. The hotel reception was very nice and there are laundry facilities at the hotel. The room was good with comfortable beds, good TV and speedy free wi-fi. The room included a fridge and microwave. A good hotel which I would recommend.

The room was fine for what it was needed for, but it was inconvenient that the water in the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and there was no water pressure in the shower. Those things could definitely be improved. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean. We only got to see the manager because of our anrrival annd departure times and he was very friendly.

Gross!

We had to change rooms!! The sheets (in the first room) were dirty! There was urine around the toilet and the floors were not cleaned. I have NEVER had to change hotel rooms before. The room was also more humid than outside. The fact I paid to stay there, makes me sick!

Room was decent, a little dirty. Shower did not work properly. Breakfast was just ok, greasy sausage and day old appearing potatoes. Not great. It was quiet and we did sleep well.

Moldy room

We arrived we could not check in power went out and the internet was out they said we would have to wait until it was back up they then said we can take you to your room but can’t give you a key we will let you in and out by the time he said that an alert for my card went off saying I been charged by then so my thought ooh internet back up I go back down try to check in they said it’s still down I been charge but have no room key I said we are going to go grab food and we will be back they said ok we were gone about an hour came back they gave me 1 room key said internet still down I can do paperwork at breakfast so we said okay went to the room got ready for bed pull cover back on the need there is mold on the Balch spring cover I looked around the room Found more mold open outlet and dirty curtains ect by that time we drove 300 miles we are tired and hungry and sleepy I told them about asked them could that refund me they said no because I booked through a 3rd party! It’s unacceptable I want a full refund!

The place was very quiet and quaint. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was offered every morning. However, there weren't that many different options, but the food was filling. The omelettes and sausages were very delicious! Laundry is not complimentary, you have to pay $2 (in quarters) each for the washer and the dryer. There are only one of each on the property, but they were rarely used, so no issues finding a time to use them. The pool was often empty, but we only used it once because it was kind of dirty. Also, no towels are provided at the pool, so make sure to take your own, and you must ask staff to let you into the pool area because it stays locked. The beds are not firm and our sheets had some stains on them. The carpet in our room was missing a chunk. The fridge and microwave looked old. Also, online I reserved a room with a sofa bed, but there were no sofa beds. The place is in need of many renovations. Overall, the place is nice and quiet, but I would probably not choose to stay here again.

I arrived on the property around 12:30pm and asked for early check in. I was asked to pay a fee or wait till 3 so I decided to wait. At 3:05pm they said that my room wasn’t ready and I should wait 20 minutes. No problem but 20 minutes turned to an hour, an hour into 2 hours, and then into 3 hours. In between they kept checking other guests in btw. The staff was extremely unprofessional and I even asked for a refund so I can go get somewhere else and they said no. I was checked in around 6:40 pm after I was there since 12:30pm. The room was stinky and the bathroom smelled like there was an issue with the sewage or something. I was so irritated and they said they were overbooked so I couldn’t change my room. I ended up sleeping somewhere else so I just wasted my money!! NEVER BOOKING HERE AGAIN!
