"The house was wonderful to stay in and visit. The only comment and this is a more philosophical one - what is the balance between originality and being fresh for a guest to inhabit? I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing. "A little difficult to find but a great little spot in the heart of the city. Our room was lovely, very clean and the staff were very attentive. Food was very nice, if a little pricey"

"Excellent location in the heart of Colombo and a very well-maintained apartment block. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and came with great amenities. A real bonus is the on-site dining—both the in-house option and the restaurant were very good. We did have a small issue with an in-house order, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and they kindly provided the meal complimentary. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily return."

"The apartment was great, and overall the stay was good, but when I arrived, there was still menstruation trash in my bathroom from the prior guest which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. "
