The hotel is great, however the photos on Expedia are misleading. We paid a premium for the o Ean view suite and you don't get the same view posted on Expedia. Also the picture on the front doesn't show it's on a crowded street. The hotel wouldn't budge on the 11am checkout even though my jet-lagged children were sleeping and there were plenty of rooms to be cleaned ahead of ours.

Litet mysigt hotell, nära havet. Vänlig personal. Rummet litet o trångt men det funkade. Haulgate kändes lite insomnat. Restauranger stängde tidigt om de var öppna överhuvudtaget.

Très déçu !

Bien que l’hôtel soit bourré de charme, l’accueil et le check-out manquent cruellement de professionnalisme. La réception ferme à 20h et personne pour votre départ avant 8h le matin (même quand on demande expressément à quitter les lieux à 7h30 pour raison professionnelle et qu’on nous confirme qu’il y aura quelqu’un). Par ailleurs je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de tester le petit déjeuner, qui n’est pas servi avant 8h mais de toute façon il ne doit pas falloir s’attendre à grand chose du fait que personne n’est présent pour le préparer à 7h45… La deco est un peu vieillotte en chambre et la literie manque de confort mais bon, passe encore. Le « honesty bar » propose du café soluble payant (et pas donné en plus) et aucun café/thé à dispo en chambre, pas même une bouteille d’eau ! On est loin des standards de l’hôtellerie de charme et au vue de l’accueil et des prestations, cet établissement ne vaut vraiment pas son prix. Très déçu

Petit hôtel à l’ancienne. L’établissement est indépendant et l’on voit un léger écart en matière de standards par rapport à un hôtel faisant partie d’un groupe. Mais, cette autonomie n’est pas forcément un défaut. Cet hôtel est propre et convivial tout en ayant le confort requis. L’insonorisation pourrait cependant être revue et une bouilloire / mignardises dans la chambre ne ferait pas de mal.
