「Parfait , le personnel est adorable .」

「La habitación era amplia y ofrecía unas bonitas vistas al mar, y el personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. Sin embargo, el hotel no cumple con lo que se espera de un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas. Durante los cinco días de nuestra estancia hubo falta de toallas, y tuvimos que bajar en varias ocasiones a recepción para conseguirlas. El desayuno fue muy sencillo y repetitivo, y el estado de limpieza de las sábanas era bastante normal, sin destacar especialmente.」

「Very nice, clean room for a family of 4. We had a very comfortable stay, but the location was a downside - we don’t always mind a bit of a walk into town, but this was a pretty ugly 45-minute walk through busy traffic to get anywhere. There is not much near the hotel that seemed worth visiting. The staff were friendly and getting taxis was no problem. Breakfast was interesting, with lots of variety and great service.」

「Maison d'hôtes très agréable, propre avec un service très efficace. Le seul inconvénient s'il en est un, c'est son accessibilité si vous y arrivez en taxi. Les chauffeurs ne savent pas où se trouve l'adresse un peu compliquée à repérer. Aussi, cette maison d'hôtes se trouve proche d'une évacuation d'égouts et les odeurs peuvent être désagréables. 」

「This six room boutique Hotel was simply incredible. It is important to know that you are in the Medina, the Old City. It is chaotic, raw, busy and not easy to navigate in terms of accessing the property. That said if you are looking to experience the “old city”, this property will be your luxurious retreat in the middle of it all. Let me start with the wonderful staff that took care of us while we were there. Jawad and Abdullah (and other staff) treated us with a level of service and kindness...

「We booked Lalla Soulika as a last minute stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by staff as well as the two house dogs! The grounds and building were extremely well maintained, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and felt magical. This theme continued into our room - we were generously upgraded into a large apartment which felt instantly calming. As we had been on the go and moving locations every one or two days for our Europe trip, this apartment forced...

「Although I stayed for just one night, it was amazing. Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. 」

「We initially booked a 2 bedroom appart but when we checked in we found strange smell. We reported that and we got a bigger 3 bedroom without additional changes. They need to perform routine check of the units and not let customers go through unpleasant surprises. The lady in the reception was so helpful and responsive whenever we called her even late evening and the security guy was also helpful and kind.」
