The shower was full of molding at seven in the morning people start working doing a lot of noise no toilet paper in the bathroom children was playing around the pool until midnight and nobody was telling anything. It was so noisy.

Avitacion sin ventanas olia a humedad. Muy mal servicio . mal servicio en las lavada de ropa te roban paque $147.00 dolares por lavar la ropa ni en una tintoreria en estados unidos cobran ese dinero.y laban con jabon barato. Mal labado y sin doblar la ropa.muy mala esperiencia para lo que pagas por avitacion .nunca mas usaria ese hotel . Muy mala esperiencia

La atención del personal fue excelente, paro la habitación estaba sucia, con mal olor, la ropa de cama deteriorada, sucia , el baño y cortina sucia . En general me fui insatisfecha por el local. Pero el personal muy amable, servicial los felicito por su atención.

Las almohadas y cobijas huelen a guardado, como si no estaban recien lavadas, las cobijas que nos dieron la primera noches se sentian como plastificadas y hacian tanto ruido cuando uno se envuelve o desembuelve o se daba vuelta y al moverse. Una noche sabado se tapo el inodoro y si lo destaparon, pero el domingo no lo lavaron, ni hicieron limpieza, solo pusieron toallas limpias.

First, the front desk receptionist couldn’t find our reservation he had to call the owner instead of checking the system or my confirmation number. Second, they gave us a room with no AC they had to split us into two different rooms and the next day gave us a bigger room all that moving around was too much. Third, everyday when room service would come around they would leave the balcony door unlocked, sorry but that was unsafe anyone can climb that balcony and get in. There was no blow dryer or iron to do our clothes. Maybe I’m used to US hotels? 🤔 overall, I wouldn’t go back

El precio que se paga por lo que se recibe es elevado. No estuvo mal la experiencia y lo que ofrece el hotel esta bien. Pero por ese precio me he hospedado en mejore hoteles
