This hotel is a great location for being walkable to dining and shopping. The hotel was clean and spacious for a basic room. Dining and bar options onsite. Close to bathhouses.

I was hesitant to book because of few reviews that stated that the property was "run down". I found it very clean and the older parts of the property charming. There is a difference between old and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The patio on the back with access to hiking trails was especially nice for me.

Beautiful place with the friendliest staff. Gorgeous property. Only issues were the noise from the street and blackout blinds let the bright hotel lights in.

Uniqueness of this place was astonishing. Rooftop restaurant/bar and view was spectacular. Down stairs restaurant was the best! We ate at the Avenue several times during our stay. Walkable to all the local attractions. Valet parking was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

The room's air conditioner unit was extremely loud and basically ran non-stop. Even when it turned low it was still noticeably on. It's a big deal since it impacts the entire time you're in the room. We should've asked for a new room but didn't (traveling with kids and didn't want to move things around again).

We were disappointed with our experience at The Waters. The receptionist was not very welcoming or helpful. The room was just ok. The hotel floors are cold and sterile. The rooftop bar was nice. Went for a drink earlier in the afternoon which was over priced. Went back up later that night and the waitress never acknowledged us even though there was only one other table of patrons so we left. Not impressed and not a good value. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very convenient, it’s 5mins walk to the bathhouses. The room is clean and also close to a trail. I did booked this hotel for the outdoor balcony unfortunately it was close for the season so that was disappointing, i hoped they give notice in the app. But overall its clean and convenient
