Spotless room, very well thought out, excellent attention to detail. Very comfortable bed. One slight comment, room temperature could have been warmer during the day. Corridors were much more temperate. Staff ver friendly and helpful.

This is a large convention hotel. Good sized comfortable room with nice bedding. Great service from Rainier in the lounge. They are great at what they do but kind of an odd feel for vacation travelers.
