"They clean the rooms every other day, not daily. The thermostat in our room did not work at all, there wasn’t even a display "

We only had two bath towels, when I asked for more bath towels, wash cloth and hand towels I did not receive any. The TV remote control did not work, when I told employee she said she come and look at it but never did."
