"We've stayed at this property before, primarily because they have an indoor waterpark and we have young children. The property itself is old and a bit run-down, but the park is solid. Nowhere on the resort website and/or hotels.com was it indicated that the waterpark is currently closed for repairs. In fact, we did not find this out until after we checked in, got ready, and walked over to the waterpark. There was zero indication that the park was closed. We would not have booked this stay had we known. Very disappointing. "

"When I arrived, I was informed that both the pool and hot tub were out of order. This was a bit disappointing but I understand things happen. The lobby was clean as was my room. The breakfast was good and had a variety of items. The refrigerator in my room was very cold, froze the cans of pop I had. I didn’t see a dial to turn it down. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would definitely recommend!"

"For having 4.5 stars the hotel felt old and dirty but the safe was very nice!! When you are traveling for work you want a nice clean place to lay your head at night without a strange smell in your room. Really beyond disappointed and almost thought about checking out and going somewhere else."
