「The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.」

「The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.」

「The owners are wonderful, and we enjoyed talking with them. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were cookies, chocolate, and mints in our room. The speakeasy had awesome drinks and food. The complimentary coffee in the common area was appreciated and the Sunday brunch was delicious! We only visited for one night as we were traveling through, but our stay was very enjoyable!」

「No hair dryer, not a single hanger and the staff propped open a door that was supposed to be locked. We were told that they prop it open because the card reader is broken on that door (at the back of the building) and they had already spent $1700 trying to fix it. It was propped open with a rock. We took the rock several times and the staff repeatedly put it back.」
