"We enjoyed our stay at the Quinta Hotels, we always appreciate a well-kept hotel with clean bathrooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable, felt and smelled cleaned, although they forgot to install the shower curtain, our overall stay was very pleasant."

"This is not a newer hotel and not competitive in pricing or amenities with several other hotels in the immediate area. They are making improvements, but this is a new “Quality” sign on a very old hotel. They are replacing the roof and you can tell that some upgrades were done recently to the room and common area. The workout room is decent and the free breakfast was workable (as long as you aren’t looking for any fruit). The pool hasn’t been usable in many years and it looks to be many more before it is ready for use (no spa that I saw). The parking lot is very old and cracked but it is safe. The room was spacious and quiet but they are taking low-flow shower heads to the extreme. Not a bad choice in a pinch, but there are may other solid choices in close proximity that accept pets."

"You can tell at some point someone put money into this place to renovate it but it doesn’t mean much if it’s not maintained. I’m not a big complainer but I feel like cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I had some kind of food sauce (Chinese maybe) all over my desk on arrival. When checking for bed bugs I could see what I’m hoping was food stains all over the mattress cover and there were very small dead bugs in the shower, some kind of Beatles or other small nuisance bugs, none appeared to be roaches thankfully. The top blanket is very old and scratchy which is my least concerning gripe. The floors had a few spots where you could tell something got stomped in like old candy or gum and hasn’t been scraped up (think gum that’s been on a sidewalk forever). It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed and if im in a pinch again I might stay here but I feel like the quality could swing wildly from room to room so maybe not. There were a few other minor issues that fall in the same categories already mentioned."

"I am so disappointed in my stay at this place. First, I booked the room through the hotels.com website. When I got to the property at 11pm with my toddler in my hands, the person at the window told me I had to give him a cash deposit otherwise he wouldn’t let me in the room. When I told him I had a reservation in my email he said it didn’t matter because he had the right to turn me away if I didn’t give him the cash (which I didn’t have, because no where in the email or on the booking website did it say anything about a CASH deposit). After explaining to him for close to 15min that I had nowhere else to go and I won’t be able to find another room at such a late time especially with my 18months old, he finally let me have my room. Second, the place was extremely dirty. The walls had red dripping stains on them, the towels were dirty, the sheets and a cover also had stains on them. It honestly looked like the only thing they did to “clean” the room is take out the trash. I understand the room was cheap, but as a paying customer I do expect a little more than rude staff and dirty room."
