"The front desk was terrible. One of the workers, she said her name was Karen, not sure if that was a fake name given, was one of the worst workers I’ve seen. I manage people for a living and would fire her tomorrow. Absolutely useless. A lot of people can be coached up, she is not one of them. Worked the overnight shift from May21-22. We couldn’t check out because there was nobody up there. Continental breakfast was below average. Room was not very clean. For the amount we paid, it was a tough experience. If we paid half of our total, I would’ve been content."
