「Excellent team including Mandy on reception who explained we’d booked a room in The Grange (separate building), when we asked she offered an upgrade for a small extra fee, to the main house and showed us her favourite room (gorgeous view of park & ducks behind). Sanya in the restaurant was excellent- food was superb too. Advil at breakfast was great. Lovely comfortable room. Very happy. Thanks team! 」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...

「The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it.
