「This place is a disgrace. Grubby, not maintained, the grounds used to be beautiful but now they are overgrown, the decks are rotting, the windows are dirty, generally awful and certainly not worth $150/night and that is a discounted rate (really!). Absolutely ruined our stay in Masterton at a time when we were grieving.」

「Great unobtrusive Kiwi hospitality in a wonderful location. We were there in early spring and already the garden was bursting with color with tulips, daffodils, and blossoms on the trees. Birdsong everywhere. Enjoyed a very comfortable room and a great breakfast. Had great communication from Renee and Kevin. Looking forward to returning.」

「They charged me twice for the room in error and I still haven't received a refund.
I messaged them as soon as I realised I'd been over charged and never received a reply to that message. I have to call to get any updates.
Check in was via an app which was not straight forward and I wasn't initially sent the access code.」
