「Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Small but well designed. Not smelly. We had an issue with turning on the heater. It was resolved through texting and pictures. Took about 20 minutes. They responded immediately. Would have been much quicker though if we had a human come from the property. We could hear the people in the room talking next door as if they were in our room.
