Excellent hotel in a great location!

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern and clean (and a good size for Hong Kong). The hotel is also in a great location with the MTR around a 5 minute walk away, you can also walk to Central and the Airport Express station (around 15 minutes). The breakfast is also great - pastry, fruit and tea delivered to your room in the morning at a time of your choosing! I always stay at this hotel on trips to HK because it's so good.

Great little room.

It was compact but had everything needed to enjoy a short city break. The location was pretty convenient. The breakfast choices are all various breads and pastries, so not very coeliac friendly. They added some bananas so my partner didn’t have to step out on an empty stomach. Staff always friendly and helpful.

location & staff, are excellent

Location & staff excellent. room can feel a little claustrophobic, but kind of expected on HKG island. You pay what you get... but here is value for monies. Food & restaurant options are plentiful , whatever your budget. MTR & ordering taxis, is not an issue. i have been regular here, in last six months. i would come to this hotel, again.

Excellent Locat

Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Our double room was slightly bigger than the double bed inside. Three sides of the bed were surrounded by walls and the head panel. That is, one of us has to climb over the other when getting in/out of the bed. The first thing I did was to use the bathroom in my room and found that there was no soap. Told it was regulation in Hong Kong that toiletries and water are not complementary and have to request them from the staff. However, its excellent location, walkable to trams, subways, buses, ferries to surrounding islands and lots of restaurants around trumps everything.
