"AC was not working in our room. Had maintenance come while I was out. They said it was fine. Had them come again while I was in. He put his hand to vent and said “I can feel it blowing”. The fan was blowing air, just not cold air. The temp was set to 60 for 6 hrs at this point. It was 72 in the room. I requested a fan and stopped trying at that point. The front desk people were very friendly and breakfast was above great. Omelette bar is awesome. Place is cool, but maintenance is questionable. "

"I was at this location from Sunday to Friday this week, and I’m so grateful for how helpful and kind everyone on the staff was. My room was clean, of course, but the front desk team really went above and beyond to help me get through the work week. Breakfast was great too, the waffles and coffee were a perfect start to the day. I’ll be back this way later this year and will proudly book this location again! "

"The room was terrible. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and no ventilation. The room was gross and the entire smelled awful. No towels, had to go to cleaning room to get some. Literally one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Also, no outfits to plug anything in. The front desk was of no assistance on anything. I would give them zero stars if I could!!! The hallways smelled like pot. Checkout took forever because no one was up there. HORRIBLE!!!!! "

"It was just an ok stay. The property is nice, and the hotel lobby is inviting. Our hotel room was lovely, but the bed was not comfortable, which was problematic for us. It was not clear when we booked that breakfast was not free. The staff at check-in were rather unprofessionally dressed and were not overly communicative. "

"Upon check in i was told that there's no rooms available. This is after the flight was delayed 2 hours, and then no rental cars available for my reservation. The clerk said he would put me in an upgraded room. After i got in it, it was far from an upgrade. This by far the lowest level of lodging I have been in. The building is ancient, although it was freshly painted and carpets. The room was incredibly small and very few electric sockets. "
