「We stayed in the bungalo. The floor was buckling so bad, it cut both my daughters feet. Upon speaking to the manager they"reimbursed" us around $480.00. Later to find out, they just took off hidden resort fees. Also they put mandatory tips on breakfast upon checkout, even after we tipped each day. Sooo many hidden fees here! Ill never stay here again. The cuts on my daughters feet kept them out of water and one got infected! Ruined our trip. Until they fix the floors here, do not stay...
