「Hotel was good, staff was very nice and helpful. But online it says all inclusive and it’s not, you have to pay an additional fee for it to be all inclusive.」

「It was ok,you have to keep the air conditioner on all day long or the humidity wets the tiled floor and can cause someone to have a bad fall. The neighborhood was a bit scary looking but quiet.Loved the Chickens and roosters running around all day. This was a bit far from everything.」

「Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend...

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」
