「We arrived late at the hotel but were met by very friendly staff who were only too pleased to explain where all the amenities were in the area.」

「Very poor choice of menu for half board . Irish bar food of very basic standard. Inedible. Blue Terrace excellent - but a very restrictive menu for a 5 day stay. Rooms refurbished without an eye for detail . Some dated and unreliable plumbing. Water completely off one evening without warning. Drain smells . Poor bathroom lighting. Noise from room above etc Impressive public areas but lots of maintenance issues . Not a 5 or even a 4 star hotel .」

「A good hotel in a nice location. We paid extra for a sea view room and it was worth the extra payment. We didn’t eat in the hotel as it was very quiet with few people about, even though it was a Friday evening in April. The car park looked quite tight for parking but there was plenty of on street parking nearby. The hotel was also in a very peaceful location but only a ten minute walk into the port of Mazzaron.」

「The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's in a GREAT LOCATION in the Gothic section of Barcelona! Just a five-minute walk to the waterfront, many restaurants and shops near the hotel, about ten-minute walk to the hop-on-hop-off City Bus tour, less than ten-minute walk to the cathedral. Highly recommend this hotel! Since it's in the middle of lots of things, some rooms will hear noise from people walking and talking outside the hotel in the afternoon and evening. It did not bother me,...

「The location was superb! The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful & efficient. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, & the linen very clean. The seaview from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed a lovely tapas supper & the service very good. The hotel overall is a little tired but the views & the friendly staff made our stay very memorable.」
