"This place is amazing! The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were amazingly helpful. Saraphina, Jason, and the lovely house keeping team. The room was clean and over the top with amenities. The fire place and heating bathroom floor were a treat. We also took a trip to the spa. The ladies were thorough and amazing. I loved the lotion and my skin felt luxurious for days. We also at at the restaurant Jimmys. We ate there for breakfast which was varied and delicious. We also ate dinner there. The cocktails were varied and delicious. The entree, I had the prime rib and my sister had the pasta with the lobster, both dishes were full of flavor and filling. We did take the leftovers back. The view from our hotel room was amazing. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which despite the snow, was highly enjoyable. We were also able to borrow the hotels bicycles which was a fun, invigorating ride after our trip to the spa. Overall, this trip was everything we needed it to be. Welcoming, with a great room, beautiful views from our balcony, clean, with great food and drinks right on site. We are planning on returning!!"

"Awesome Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food & drinks at the Bistro Restaurant were terrific. The shuttle rides to/from town were timely and a final nice surprise upon checkout was the Valet’s had fully charged my EV without me asking. Looking forward to my next stay."

"I have never been the South Lake Tahoe, but I will definitely come in and stay at this hotel again! My room was exactly what I was expecting and what I paid for. It went absolutely above what I was expecting as well! Although it was freezing the night we came, they still offered complimentary Smore's kits to do in front of their fire! Their pool and jet jacuzzi tubs were heated. We had plenty of parking. Was able to park right in front of my room to keep an eye on my car. Our room patio opened up to a public beach, which felt more private since it was completely open behind the hotel. I spoke with the general manager upon check in. There was something going on. That might have prevented us from having a completely comfortable stay, he explained everything fully making us aware of the problem. With that was also many solutions and options that would keep us comfortable, and/or even to the extent of relocating us to another hotel that we chose on their bill. We decided to stay and I am very glad we did. Because of this, I will continuously praise this hotel management and team! "
