"The young man at the front desk was so helpful!! The airlines lost our luggage. He gave us some personal hygiene items and information that we needed to replace lost items. Then we got a phone call that some of our luggage had been found and they gave us a ride to the airport to pick up our luggage. We will definitely stay there again."

" Check-in was chaotic, with too many guests and not enough staff. I added an extra night through their website and received a confirmation email, yet the hotel couldn’t locate the reservation. Although the parent company could see it, staff treated the issue as if it weren’t a problem, leaving me to deal with the glitch myself. Parking is unreliable - don’t count on a spot if cruise guests are using the lot. The carpet is outdated, dirty, and smelly, and it bunches up, making it difficult to roll luggage. While the rates are lower, the overall experience is not worth it. Clarion do better and get rid of that carpet. No one has carpet anymore. "
