「Super nice 」

「Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If...

「This is our favorite place to stay when visiting my beloved father-in-law who is in long term care. The staff is warm and hospitable. The hot breakfast is yummy and so convenient - we don't have to waste time searching for a good breakfast in the area, so we have more time with Dad. 「The nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds, spotless clean bathroom lovely continental breakfast exceptional stay. Beautiful area too. 」

The gym has little to no equipment and smelt awful but the pool was nice. The shower/tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all.
