「The location of hotel is very good. Easy to find and close to town centre. The hotel host was very friendly. I left my camera bag on a chair at the reception area during check in. My wallet and passport were also in the bag. When I came back to the reception 2 hours later, thanks god that the hotel host help me to keep it and gave it back to me. 「Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake. There were great choices for breakfast and the jams/marmalade served were also home-made. Definitely recommend and would stay at Tranquilles on my next trip to Port...
