「Service was good and staff were very nice. But hardware was not up to "Marriott" standards. Only one evaluator was available and this caused long queue at check out time. No USB socket was in the room. 」

「This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor」

「Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. 」

「We stayed here for a treat for our 25th Anniversary, and mentioned this when we checked in. When we came back from our evening meal, Jhudith from the Front Office Team had arranged a lovely surprise in our room - balloons, some fizz, some chocolate and a lovely message. Such a nice, personal touch was really appreciated. The hotel interior is incredible and this architecture is followed through into the rooms which are converted offices of the insurance company, with the original, decorative...

「The staff was very nice especially the young lady who spoke in Cantonese(I forget ask for her name). The room was very nice, it’s clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The location was great, it’s near bus and metrolink station. I definitely will stay in this if I visit MAN again. 」

「There are plenty of parking spaces but yet they are mostly full. If you plan to drive, better to have a contingency plan in case you cannot find a parking space. The breakfast is very good n the room is clean and comfy. I enjoyed my stay there. 」

「The room wasn’t tidied when I first entered. Used cups were in the basin and I asked the front desk to help deal with the situation. The staff were friendly and solved problem quickly. The location is close to Manchester Piccadilly. However, the room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear the ladies in the next door chatting and shouting all night long. Couldn’t sleep at all… air conditioning was so loud to the point that it was very annoying… 」
