"We stayed for one night at the Shermann Hotel for leisure purposes. Our friends who checked in in front of us were offered water bottles and area suggestions, we were not. Our shower was very small making it hard to move, our friends who booked last minute had a nicer room. Checking out our friends were greeted and thanked, we were not. The only difference was we’re reserved through Expedia several weeks in advance and our friends booked directly with the hotel close to the check-in date."

"This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in...
