Neither of these things are a problem if it is clear up front, which i don't think it was when booking. WhatsApp is the best way to communicate, we didn't get replies via Expedia or email. The room was comfy, clean and quiet and the location was a short walk or tram ride from everything we wanted to see. Would return but budget the extra amount beforehand"
