「There is no elevator. The front desk person would not change room to first floor. He would not help carry suitcases to second floor. The hallway smelled bad. There was no breakfast to speak of.」

「I don’t think the beds or pillows have been replaced in a decade bcs they were super uncomfortable. There was trash under the beds but the bedding and everything was clean.」

「Tv had one channel, no hand towels, room doesn't looks like the picture online. No cable, no phone.」

「The place is a dump, lots of regulars living there. They didn’t have my Orbitz reservation, so clearly their system is a mess and unreliable. I wouldn’t chance trying to stay here, you may not get a room.」

「Average value for your money, just be aware you need to post the "maid service" card on your door when you leave for the day if you want the room serviced.」
