「I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!」

「Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. 「The hotel is just next to railway station, airport shuttle bus just directly drop off next into it (although I used Uber). Restaurants & supermarket just around the hotel. Staff can speak good English, the staff Anna helped me to call the museum and make for the reservation. Even I had my Chernobyl tour in two days, they allowed me to storage my luggage in the hotel after I came back. I would recommend you to choose this hotel.
