「The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. 「Great location centre of the town by a car park where you can see your car parked. Very quiet comfortable. Needs more hangers. Local railway we seen the Flying Scotchman. Nice local beaches. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Excellent facilities.」

I stayed here for business so I needed to do more work in my room, the staff were happy for me to take my dinner up into my room and the rump steak that I had was incredibly good. I was also up and out in the morning too early for breakfast so the staff made me a packed lunch which was really nice of them. 」
